Tony's Cottage is a rental property overlooking the magnificent white sand Pigeon Beach and the entrance to Falmouth Harbour, the home of Antigua Sailing Week and Antigua Classic Regatta. The property is available as a 2 or 3 bedroom.  The Bedrooms can be configured as Twins or Kingsize.

Each bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. 2 Bedrooms are located in the main floor of the property with a third that has its own en-suite facilities located one floor below. The property also has a plunge pool for your comfort and a huge covered deck looking out to the beach and harbour. There is also an open sunbathing area adjacent to the pool.

Tony's Cottage has a well equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare and produce home cooked food. 

 

The lounge has a Flat Screen TV with a Firestick and there is Free Fiber Optic WIFI throughout the property. 

 

The front covered deck has dining facilities for up to 6 people as well as comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the view and sunset.  A Hammock is attached in one corner to while away the hours with a good book.

Tony's Cottage Rates Include the 17% ABST Tax, Minimum 5 night rental - enquire for shorter stays.

Special rates apply for Holidays and Regattas - 1 week minimum rental, US$875 per night for 3 bedrooms or US$600 for 1 or 2 bedrooms

* Please note special terms & conditions apply for Xmas/New Year with a minimum of a 2 week rental or a 1 week rental between the dates 12 December UNTIL 27 December OR 27 December UNTIL 14 January.
