Apartment two comfortably accommodates 4 guests and is located on the 2nd level of the southern end of the main building and accessed via the main staircase from the garage and parking. European in style with an open plan living area, and contemporary chef’s kitchen, which is fully fitted with Bosch appliances, offers ocean views from every window and its south facing veranda.
A large covered external dining / relaxation area with gas BBQ station is accessed from the living area, where a spacious South facing private terrace awaits, which, with its shaded pergola, is ideal for exterior dining and relaxing in complete privacy. The built-in gas BBQ cook station and adjacent herb bed planter offer a private and intimate area for alfresco cooking and entertaining.
The swimming pool and pergola have ocean views towards Falmouth Harbour. Evening sunsets can be enjoyed while relaxing in comfortable garden furniture.
The apartment is fully air conditioned with independent room temperature control, multi-speed ceiling fans in all rooms, and is equipped with everything required to make a guest stay at The Grove Residences comfortable and relaxing.
