THE RITZ, PICCADILLY

The Ritz is a luxury villa in the residential community of Piccadilly which is less than 5 minutes drive from the centre of English Harbour. The Villa, built in 2020, designed with stunning contemporary style is fully equipped to cater to your every need. It sits in half an acre of garden complete with an outdoor kitchen and dining area.

Antigua is the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun, sand and sea. Wander along white sandy beaches, go for a swim in the crystal-clear ocean, soak up the atmosphere in English Harbour, or explore the history of Nelson’s Dockyard.

The Ritz is the perfect getaway for a group of up to 6 people. The main house has 2 ensuite bedrooms, one king and one queen bed, and there is the option of renting the summerhouse house with a queen size bed as a third bedroom, also ensuite.

High Season

1 November to 31 May

As 2 bedroom – US$3,700 per week

As 3 bedroom – US$4,450 per week

Low Season

1 June to 31 October

As 2 bedroom – US$3,000 per week

As 3 bedroom – US$3,800 per week

​

Housekeeping is included 3 times per week – can be more/less by arrangement

​

Government taxes are included at 17%

​

Arrival after 1600 and departure before 1100.  There is a minimum 3 night stay
