Peak periods are charged at 4 bedroom rate and add 40% peak charge  -  Peak Periods include:  Xmas and New Year, All Regattas, ACYS, Carnival.

Xmas/New Year:  Minimum of a 2 week rental or a 1 week rental between the dates 12 December UNTIL 27 December OR 27 December UNTIL 14 Jan
