GARDEN HOUSE

The Garden House is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Cottage located in a prime position in English Harbour as part of The Bluff House Estate, nestled between Pigeon Beach and Falmouth Harbour.

The property has amazing views and is only a couple of minutes walk to both the gorgeous Pigeon Beach and the hustle and bustle of English Harbour Town, with all its bars and restaurants. 

​

The bedrooms are air conditioned and are configured as one king and one that can be either twin or king. 

 

The property is fully furnished with a fully fitted kitchen. 

​

The private pool overlooks the beautiful white sands of Pigeon Beach and beyond that, the volcanic island of Montserrat.

​

The house is maid serviced and the management team are on hand if required. 

​

There is free WIFI in the House and the Pool deck.

​

The Bluff House is a much larger property in the same grounds and is available as a 6 bedroom rental.  Together with Garden House, Bluff House and The Pink House there are 10.5 available bedrooms.

​

The Pink House boasts a further 2.5 bedrooms, one a king, one a king or twins, both these have en suite facilities.  Bed 2 has a further single air-conditioned bedroom leading off of it. 

There is also a pool, sundeck and spa with views over Falmouth Harbour.

RATES - Your party will have sole use of the Garden House property. All prices are in US$  Special rates Holidays, ACYS and Regattas

The following rates include the new short term accommodation tax of 17%.

High Season 15th November - 15th May:  US$795 per night

 

Christmas, New Year and Sailing Regattas:  US$995 per night
