ALMOND TREE HOUSE

Almond Tree House is a pretty, recently modernised 3 bed, 3 bath house with spectacular views across Falmouth Harbour.

It is situated in a colourful, secure garden with gated driveway and a private swimming pool, also with views across Falmouth Harbour.

It has a large kitchen and living area which opens out to inside/outside living, with all modern amenities including drinking water and ice dispenser. 

Master bedroom has air conditioning, a king size bed, built-in wardrobes and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and built-in wardrobes and uses the day bathroom situated next to it.

Bedroom 3 is an annex attached to the house but with its own entrance and balcony with view across Falmouth Harbour. 2 single beds, wardrobe, sofa, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle etc and an ensuite bathroom. 

All rooms and the verandah area have powerful ceiling fans.

There is 110v and 240v throughout the house.

Low Season 16th May - 1st November:   US$468 per night

High Season 15th November - 15th May:  US$570 per night

3 BED RATES

Low Season 16th May - 1st November:   US$702 per night

High Season 15th November - 15th May:  US$877.5 per night

Peak Periods - Christmas, New Year Carnival, ACYS and Sailing Regattas:  US$1053 per night
