SOUTH POINT 103
South Point 103 is a privately-owned, beachfront apartment within the South Point development in English Harbour. The apartment has a minimalist, modern design, coupled with an Italian-inspired philosophy of ‘la dolce vita’ contributing to South Point’s very distinct style.
The open plan, 1-Bedroom Deluxe Suite South Point 103 offers a full kitchen, outdoor dining table, sun loungers, an interior lounge, and luxurious en-suite with double basin sinks and a walk-in shower. The bed can be configured as a King or Twin and there is the option of up to 2 roll away single beds too. There is no second bedroom.
From the monochromatic colour scheme to the subtle decor and urban chic vibe, South Point was purposefully designed to contrast – yet complement – its tropical beach setting. Surrounded by such beautiful simplicity, it’s easy to appreciate the moments that make life so sweet.

Overlooking the megayacht marina of English Harbour, guests are perfectly positioned within walking distance of Antigua’s renowned bars, restaurants, and nightlife, while still enjoying the privacy and relaxed atmosphere of the property’s own secluded beach and waterfront setting.

Staying at South Point 103 also means that you are not restricted to just one of Antigua’s beautiful beaches. Our own small, private beach is a fine option for those who prefer to stay close to home, but for those seeking one of the quintessential Antigua beaches, Pigeon Beach – once named one of the sexiest beaches in the world – is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. It is also easily accessibly by paddle board or kayak. Galleon Beach, though 5-minutes away by car, is another must visit. This picturesque beach is known for its proximity to the Pillars of Hercules, turtle sightings, snorkeling, and darker blue, but crystal clear, waters. Not many Antiguan locations can match the unique attributes of South Point 103.
