Bluff House is located a couple of minutes walk from The Yacht Club and Pigeon Beach in the famous yachting centre of English Harbour, Antigua.
Comprising of a 6 bedroom villa with a separate 2 bedroom villa (Garden House), both with pools, Imperial House offers superb accommodation options right in the heart of the Yachting community.
Superb views starting over Pigeon beach and sweeping through Falmouth Harbour right around to the Marinas.

The space
Bluff House is located on a 2 acre plot on a Bluff overlooking Falmouth Harbour, Part of English Harbour Town.
It comprises a main villa of 6 bedrooms with sweeping views from it's huge covered balcony. A second villa, The Garden House of 2 bedrooms with it's own pool and a third villa, The Pink House with another pool, plus spa

Bluff House:
The master suite is airconditioned and has a large master bedroom with a beautiful king bed with an ensuite bathroom, there is also a second bedroom within the suite which is private with its own bathroom. The master suite has direct access to the covered balcony area that flows around 2 sides of the building opening up the amazing views.  The second bedroom has its own bathroom.
The Harbour View bedroom is located on the North Side and also has an en-suite bathroom and access to the covered balcony. Kingsize 4 poster bed.
The Poolside bedroom is located on the south side of the property and looks out to the swimming pool and entrance to Falmouth Harbour. It too has access via patio doors to the covered balcony. Twin beds or a king plus a third small single bed

The Lower bedroom is located on the same level and corridor as the Apartment.  It is En-Suite and has a Twin or King bed.

The Apartment, (Bedroom 6):

The Apartment is located under Bluff House with access to the main pool via a short stairwell.  With a fully equipped kitchen, en-suite bathroom, large kingsize bed plus a queen sofabed it is perfect for a small family unit. The outside seating/dining area looks out to the Marina area within Falmouth Harbour.

Off of the kitchen/living rooms is a very large covered seating area which benefits from the cooling trade winds.

There is comfortable seating and a dining table for up to 12.
The interior dining area can seat up to 10.

Garden House:
Garden House is a separate 2 bedroom villa that looks out across Pigeon Beach and the entrance to Falmouth Harbour right out to Montserrat. Garden House has its own private balcony, sun deck and pool.

The property has 2 entrances through large iron gates and its own backup generator capable of providing suitable power to negate any disruption to the guests requirements.

Housekeeping staff will be available for pre-arranged periods during your stay and in case of any issues or advice the management team are available if required 24/7.

Pink House

Currently under construction.

The Pink House is a 2.5 bedroom villa with Pool and Spa located within the Bluff House Grounds, Available from Xmas 2023.  More details to follow

If you do not reserve all the units within the Bluff House property, separate private units may be rented to other groups. All areas are private and separate.

Peak Season: Christmas, New Year, ACYS and All Regattas: US$3200 per night

Prices include 14% Sales Tax.
